Ya know those little flip up key fobs? Well, they suck. Both of the fobs to my Mazda have fallen to pieces over the years, which nearly stranded me last night. After calling the dealership this morning and finding out that they can’t just make one outrageously expensive new fob for me, but they’d need to make 2 (due to some programming/chip BS), I was left frustrated, unwilling to fork over nearly $800 just to get a working key to my car.

Enter Ron, from ACH Locksmith… After a quick google search for local help in finding an affordable way to start my car, I found Ron, called him and not only did he not try to upsell me, he offered up more durable options that I did not even know existed! He was even able to stop by my house on the same day and got my new key (and separate, more durable fob) cut and activated in less than 30 minutes, all for less than half of the what the dealership was telling me I’d have to pay.

Im sure the locks are great or whatever, but the drivers for this company are insane. They should really be more careful on the highway or someone could get hurt. Tailgating only gets you to an early grave.

It was New Year's Eve. Nobody would come. At least one locksmith was closed. I had locked myself out. I actually tried to break into my house but the windows are too hard for even a hammer. After calling others, I called Ron and he was at my house within 20 minutes. Wish I'd called him first! He opened both doors needed to get into my house. I feel safer now knowing I can't even break in, but if I ever need a locksmith in the future. I'm calling ACH Locksmith Madison.

Bought an old Mercedes-Benz E500 that only had one key fob. Ron came to my house and within an hour had another fob programmed and working. Not many companies will work with Mercedes vehicles but ACH Locksmith handled it with ease (and for far less than it would cost at a dealer!)

I hired ACH Locksmith Madison (owner Ron) to replace my car key fob, and he came out quickly, which I appreciated. However, the very next morning, the battery in the key fob was dead. I called them to ask that they come back and check or replace it, but they refused to come back just to replace the battery.

For the price I paid, I expected the key fob to work properly — and for reasonable follow-up service. It’s frustrating that they won’t stand behind their work when a simple battery fix is needed.

I hope they’ll reconsider customer service for small but important issues like this. In the meantime, I feel I need to report this to consumer protection because I did not get what was promised or paid for.

Needed a second key Fob. Dealer was quoting $800. ACH owner, forget his name ordered a Fob. Took one day. Came to the house as promised and I had a new Fob in 30 minutes. It was either $475 or $495. Went through all the functions with me and new Fob works like new.

Ron was a lifesaver! I broke the fob to my car months ago and only could manually unlock it, however yesterday my key not only would not turn it got stuck. Ron was quick to come help and I’m so grateful he did! He was honest and it was clear he confidently knew what he was doing on top of being polite and respectful. He was also very informative on what to look out for regarding my key and car. Ron was able to remove the stuck key, inform on what was wrong with my car door’s lock, and was able to make me a new fob (which only took like 10-15mins to make surprisingly!) I highly reccomend giving him a call if you’re looking for a great locksmith for your vehicle! I plan to give him a call when I’m ready to replace the locking system on the door as well!

I have a Saturn Vue. The keys had worn down with time, and the Chevy dealership was unable to make copies or replace the ignition due the fact that there was no more Saturn dealerships to get a required code to replace the ignition. Basically, my little SUV would be toast when the keys stopped functioning. I called ACH, and the dude was willing to try to make some copies. We set up a place to meet, and he showed up at our choose location on time and ready to go! It took him about an hour to generate two working keys from just the lock on the door. To say that this dude created a miracle out of nothing is an understatement! The side by side of the keys are night to day!!!!! Highly professional, extremely highly skilled. 15/10. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs locksmithing done!

We busted our key in half and it fell inside the starter and he came and got it out for us, got us two new keys, and jumped the car since it was sitting dead for a few months and got all this done in under 30 minutes! Wasn’t insanely expensive either. 10/10 recommend!

Realized I had lost my car keys right at the end of the work day and contact ACH. The locksmith came within 15 minutes. He took care of getting me a new key without a hitch and was super friendly, even shared a few helpful tips about changing batteries and starting my car when the key battery runs out. The price was reasonable and certainly much cheaper than going to the dealership would have been. Highly recommend. Great service and kind person.

Called in to have a business lock fixed and wound up finding someone else who could be there sooner. I called back to apologize and let them know we wouldn't need them anymore and was given a pretty rude response of "well I hope they're a good locksmith cause anyone worth half of anything is going to be busy right now". Needless to say I will not be using ACH ever.

Last night I dropped my Toyota Camry key fob and it literally exploded apart on the floor into five pieces. I tried to put it back together myself, even got a tutorial online but nothing-the buttons wouldn’t unlock the car. I called Ron yesterday to see if there was anything he could do to help, fully expecting I would need to purchase a new fob. Ron patiently talked me through checking the circuit board for damage and luckily, the car started, so no damage. He then talked me through putting the entire thing back together, and it works fine!
